We offer glassblowing services, but we are also proud to be agents for Glassco Laboratory Equipments, a recognized ISO registered company, offering General Laboratory Glassware, Batch Certified Volumetric Ware, Plastic Ware, and Instrumentation (including Metal Ware).
Most of the products we stock have been itemized on this website. However, our Glassblowing section gives an indication of some of the products we have manufactured. Should a client require an item not listed on this website, please email your request with as much detail as possible. Should you wish to design a new product, we will gladly discuss your requirements with you.
Our Service:
This website has been designed to assist our clients with a quicker turnaround time in requesting a quotation. It also offers more product specification for those clients who require more information on the product.
Prices offered are subject to change without given notice due to the current fluctuations of the foreign exchange rate.
Delivery of ex manufactured items is approximately 2 to 3 weeks from date of your order, depending on the item and quantity ordered.
For ex stock items, orders can be collected or delivered via courier within 3 days from date of your order, subject to availability of stock at the time of your order.
We do offer a courier service through Fastway Couriers for parcels up to 15 kg actual weight or 30 kg volumetric weight. The cost of the freight will be determined on the size of your order and area. You are welcome to utilise your own freight, and we will email you the parcel dimensions once your order has been packed.
Returns:
It is extremely important to note that any item that is specially manufactured must be accepted as per the specification on the formal quotation. Should there be any changes, please notify us before placing your order as we will not accept any returns on these items. Should you require additional changes to an item already manufactured, this will be an extra charge to you .
For all stock items, we will only accept returns within 10 days from receipt of goods.
Payments:
Please Note: All prices quoted are net, exclusive of VAT.
For clients who have been granted an account, our payment terms are strictly 30 Days Net from date of our statement.
All payments are to be remitted by the due date and no exceptions will be made unless there is a prior arranged settlement agreement in place.
For new clients, payments must be remitted in advance via EFT.
